1. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns
You may request a refund or return if:
- The book received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
- The book does not match the description on our website
- The book contains printing errors, missing pages, or manufacturing defects
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Digital products (e-books, downloadable files)
- Books damaged due to customer mishandling
- Books with minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect readability
- Clearance or promotional items (unless defective)
3. Refund Request Window
Refund or return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
4. How to Request a Refund

- Photos or videos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will respond within 3 working days.
5. Return Shipping
- If the issue is caused by us, we cover return shipping.
- If the customer changes their mind, return shipping is borne by the customer.

Approved refunds will be issued via:
- Bank transfer
- Store credit
- Original payment method through iPay88 (if applicable)

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation via iPay88.
